I hereby agree by the rules and regulation which is given by the Miss Punjaban Australia pageant organisers and I understand that I will be disqualified if any of the above information given is found to be incorrect. Together with this application form, I include my own photograph which the organiser may use for advertising and promotional purposes. I hereby, declare that. I have no objection for the release of my photographs/films etc in any media of this pageant. If i am selected for the grand finale, I will fulfil all formalities as per requirements of the organiser. Also if i become winner or title winner, I will take part in all activities of the organiser without cost till the time of the next pageant and will serve the Punjabi culture as an ambassador. I will take part in any cultural activities, films, TV serials, music albums and stage shows only with the prior and written consent of the organising chairman till the next pageant.
