This regional contest will provide foundation skills for contestants to further excel in the entertainment, fashion and modelling industry, the skills and experience also boosts the contestant’s confidence. Miss/Mrs Australia PUNJABAN is thus a unique contest, which covers all the above aspects and thus excels in portraying the lovely and beautiful goddess

Competition Rules

  • Photos and videos can be used by the Organisation.
  • This pageant is open to Punjabi females up to the age of 40 only.
  • Applicant can register on our website at www.misspunjabanaustralia.com.au
  • The applicant must not be an employee or a relative of any existing member or organisation of the member of jury.
  • Incomplete / without relevant documents Entry Forms will not be considered. The selection panel reserves the right to reject any Entry Form in its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
  • To participate in this Pageant, there is entry fee of AUD100. The contestants who are selected for the Final round will have to pay a AUD400 as Participation fees for Grand Finale.
  • AUD400 refundable on failing the auditions, AUD100 non refundable.
  • Applicants who have completed all formalities will participate in Preliminary Events for all the activities proposed for this pageant.
  • The Organisation reserves the right to change rules and Regulations, venue dates, for Auditions / Final Pageant without any Notice.
  • The attire and ornaments worn by the contestant would be of their own.
  • The Organisation reserves the right to appoint member of the Jury, decision of which will be final, binding and non-challengeable by the contestant.
  • Any applicant / contestant who do not abide by the instructions, rules and regulations of the Pageant is liable to be disqualified any time by the Panel without any notice.
  • The organiser will have the exclusive rights to all the photographs taken during the course of the Pageant and reserves the right to feature them on any media or publicity for promotion. In this event the contestants will not receive any payment for the use of photographs.
  • The Organiser will not be responsible for any valuables or cash lost by contestants during the pageant.

Eligibility

  • The applicant must be of Punjabi Origin, regardless of her Religion.
  • The applicant should be between 18 to 40 years
  • The applicant’s height must be 160 cm / 5′ 2″ feet or above.
  • Must have knowledge of Punjabi culture and heritage.
  • Once selected, all contestants must attend all rehearsals when requested by organizers.
  • Beside dance, you should have good talent or skills in music, speech, arts, debate, mimicry, etc.
  • One should have etiquettes, positive attitude, manners, punctuality & be good at conversation as well as must be disciplined and should have ability to increase self-confidence.
  • While taking part in any event do come with the motive to Win, but if you lose you should have the capacity to tolerate it.
